- Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse are not eligible for return.
- Electrical and electronic components are non-returnable unless defective.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, wrong, or damaged product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos/videos showing the issue.
- We will arrange replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Return Process
- Email us at support@ezgoodsautoparts.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Ship the product back in its original condition.
- After inspection, we will process your refund.
Refund Timeframe
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If free shipping was applied, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for eligible, unopened products.

Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
- Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible.
