Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Special/Heavy Items: 3–7 business days
- Remote or rural areas may require additional time.
International delivery can be arranged upon request (additional charges apply).
Shipping Charges
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- Free shipping promotions may apply on certain order amounts or categories.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
- You can track the status through our courier partner’s tracking portal.
Packaging & Safety
All products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
For fragile car parts, we use additional protective packaging.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your address and contact details are correct.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
- Re-shipping charges may apply if the package returns due to wrong address.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed or lost:
- Contact us with your order number.
- We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.
Damaged Deliveries
If the item arrives damaged:
- Report it within 48 hours.
- Provide photos/videos of the damaged package.
- We will arrange replacement or refund based on the inspection.
International Shipping
- Available for selected products only.
- Delivery time varies by country (7–21 business days).
- Customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
